While there’s no law prohibiting this in Ireland, we don’t tattoo minors, with or without parental consent, no exceptions, ever. Anyone in Ireland who wilfully tattoos minors isn’t worth getting tattooed by.
If you are blessed with youthful looks, you might. If you are under the age of 23, you might. If you’re not sure, safer to have one. We only need ID to ensure we don’t tattoo minors.
We accept most cards, cash and Revolut. Bank transfers can be arranged if they are made prior to your session. (Please note that each artist takes payment as an individual.)
For smaller or straightforward tattoos we take call-ins where possible, an appointment simply means your time slot is guaranteed.
Usually, except for walk-ins (or call-ins, as we like to say) and last minute bookings.
We are a tiny studio, and often somebody else might be getting tattooed at the same time as you. We don’t mind someone coming along to settle you in, but on a busy day we can’t accommodate everyone’s plus one – it can also be disruptive to others’ focus and privacy. Luckily there’s loads to see and do in the neighbourhood, so let them drop you off then set them free!
We do. We use Recovery Derm Shield (latex-free). There’s also a Lord of the Rings length aftercare page on the site, we’ll make sure you get the best option for you and your tattoo.
No. We haven’t offered piercing in over a decade, but we can point you in the right direction. Unfortunately ‘tattoo & piercing’ is still the only online business category available.
Absolutely. We may be small and casual, but we take our hygiene seriously. We talk about it here.
